Located in Howard County, Maryland, this 104 unit apartment building was originally built in 1994, and then renovated recently using MD tax exempt bond funding. A new large porch was added to the entrance to allow for an outdoor gathering place for residents, while also enhancing the main entryway. Each unit received an updated kitchen and bathroom, with new finishes and fixtures. Located on each floor adjacent to the elevator, a different amenity space, such as a salon, crafts room, was added to allow for resident interaction while traveling to each floor. All first floor amenity spaces were also upgraded with new finishes and furnishings allowing the residents to feel like they moved into a new building.
