12 – Two Story Townhouses with garages
Located in Princess Anne, Maryland, this project utilizes materials and colors of the shore towns throughout the Eastern Shore of Maryland. The shingled main roofs are accented by metal roofed gables and bays roofs. The units are all 3 bedrooms with garages. A few select units are designed to be accessible for mobility impaired residents. The site is complementary to the surrounding communities. There is also a community building on site with a large community room/gathering space with a vaulted ceiling. The community building is located between two strips of buildings creating a connecting buffer for the community as a whole. An exercise room, computer rooms and storage area can also be found in this resident shared building
